Pfäffikon liegt am Fusse des Etzel. Über den 1096 Meter hohen Berg führt eine Passstrasse. An dieser Strasse steht der Meinradsbrunnen. Auf der Passhöhe ist die St. Meinradskapelle zu finden, die nach dem heiligen Meinrad von Einsiedeln benannt ist.
