Das Schloss war ein kurz nach dem Siebenjährigen Krieg von Samuel Gotthelf Locke gebauter einfacher stattlicher Bau mit drei Geschossenen. Im Mittelrisalit befanden sich die Türe und je ein Fenster und darüber im Stichbogen geschlossen, drei Fenster im Rundbogen. An den weitachsig angeordneten Öffnungen befanden sich einfache profilierte Gewände. Die Fassade hatte eine breite Lisenenarchitektur und darüber Rokokokartuschen als Bekrönung. Im Mittelrisalit des Erdgeschosses befanden sich ein großes Vestibül und dahinter der um zwei Stufen höher liegende Gartensaal. Das Schloss stand in einem englischen Landschaftspark.
